I had my storage cube dropped off on the day I was moving out of my house. Due to a miscommunication, I queried when my cube was to be collected, they shifted things around giving me time to quickly pack my furniture into my cube and loaded the cube for delivery to their storage facility. The staff were polite and helpful.
