I phoned Dell to arrange for a technician to fix my laptop and a consultant by the name Naveed (He wouldn't give me his surname but said it was "A") was incredibly rude. He said that I have to take a day off work to be home from 9am to 5pm in case one of the technicians can make it and if I didn't give him my postal code, he wasn't going to help me. I explained to him that I just moved and that I didn't know the postal code for the area and he made me stop and ask someone (because I was already on my phone) instead of him taking 5 seconds of his time to google it. His attitude absolutely sucked!
