I have a very serious complaint against UNISA at the moment.
Since I just logged it, I don't expect an answer yet, but I went through some of the older complaints (giving reasonable time and took some from 18 July, which is more than a week ago). None of these complaints have responses!
I view this as completely unacceptable and I would appreciate it if you could deal with the matter expeditiously. Hellopeter used to have very specific time frames which companies were expected to respond in. It is a sad day that this became a compromise.
Thank you for the positive elements which do remain from your service.
