My Lexmark printer stopped printing some of its colours a couple of months ago due to the print head being damaged. Following the advice of a local computer shop assistant I called the Lexmark customer care call centre for help, not expecting to have much customer satisfaction.
I didn't have to wait too long before my call got answered and it was less than 10 minutes before my new printer head with complimentary ink cartridges was arranged. These will be delivered to my door by courier in 7 to 10 working days.
What a pleasure to do business with Lexmark, I wish more companies could follow your example
