EXCELLENT AFTER SALE SERVICE FROM LEXMARK

My LEXMARK printer gave an error message that the print head needed replacing and I should consult the user manual. I followed all the on-line instructions on how to fix the problem, but to no avail. I phoned LEXMARK'S 086 number and consultant Ria assisted me. Thank you for your kindness and patience. Lexmark is replacing the print head with no cost to me, plus a set of cartridges.
I certainly didn't expect this kind of great service.
