Speedy response, no hassles

We had purchased a Lexmark Prevail 705 in 2010 and registered the product for the 5 year warranty. At the end of last year, a hinge came loose, and we were experiencing problems with the document feeder as well.
I contacted Lexmark last week. I am now sitting with a brand new printer after just 5 working days. I did not have to follow-up on any one, and I was always kept in the loop.
