Returned a graphics card for repairs in December and have been called back once regarding it and this call was to tell me that it isn't getting repaired (Card's fans snapped off, technicians says its because there was a cable stuck in it.. I work in IT, i know whats happening with my hardware and it was not a cable). Called the store multiple times and spoke Alan, in which I always get a "I was going to call you back".
To top it all off, the Parklands branch is no longer there, so I have no idea where my card is sitting and when I'm going to get it back.
Worst service I've ever come across in my life!
