The service from Simplicity Online is unbelievable, from day one I have received nothing but excellent service. I found them online from Price Check.
I placed an order online and collected within 2 days of placing the order, once i received the product I realised that I didn't order the correct product all i had to do was email them and with an instant response they returned the product and gave me the correct one i was looking for.
I was unfortunate to receive a faulty product but the professional service i received from Simplicity was wonderful. They accepted the return and refunding my money with no complaints or questions what so ever.
I have never heard of this company before but because of the excellent service i have already recommended them to my friends and family.
It has been a very long time since i have received service like this.
Definitely a must try in IT equipment.
