I returned my graphics card, which is still under warranty, on 7 February. They promised that he problem will be resolved within one weeks time (this is even advertised on their website). Seven weeks later and I still don't have my graphics card back. After numerous enquiries I still haven't received any information regarding the current status of the repairs of my card. I'm fed up with this bad services as affects my studies severely. As a student I can not afford another R5500 to replace it.
