Failure to communicate, bad attitude, poor service

On 18January 2013 I ordered a battery for a Samsung RV510 notebook battery, the supplier, required payment up front with a 1 to 2 week delivery time. I paid the total amount due of R855.00 on 21 January 2013 by bank transfer and emailed the proof of purchase to the company.
On the 5 February I followed up on the item and was told there would be a further delay till sometime after 18 February. This was unacceptable and I found an alternative supplier. I contacted Jacques Wentzel (Manager / Owner) by email on 5 February and requested a refund. The recipient opened the email on the same day at 14:03, after no response for 48 hours I sent, on 07 February 2013, a second email with my banking again requesting the refund and that they provide proof that this has been done. This mail was displayed on the recipient computer at 09:55 of the same day.
When I received no response I phoned the company and attempted to talk to the owner and was told that I could not and that they would not give his name out. I emailed Jacques Wentzel again and was then after several emails told that 7 workings days for refund is the best they can do. This has come and gone.
