On 20 February 2013, I ordered a battery from Lexus Lynnwood (at Toyota Spares section on the same premises) and paid > R8000. Lexus then found a local alternative and installed the same day. I had to pay separately R 1540, immediately. I was then asked to provide my banking details in order to be refunded by Toyota, which I immediately did. Only upon enquiry I was told it will take at least 3 days for the refund, which I believe is absolutely ridiculous, since I have already paid twice in one day. However, after follow-up from Lexus Head Office, I was assured that this would have been paid by Friday 25 February 2013. To date I have not received notice of refund, neither does the money reflect in my bank account.
