Threatened to take items we never ordered

please note that Stratus office consumables is now trading under AC Consumables (trentek)

these guys are sketchy!!! we order OKI printer labels (50), which we received. but a month later we received another 50, which we did not order. phoned them and told them that we did not order them and we are returning them. we paid a fee upon returning, but a month later we received 50 again. and this has been going on for more than 2 years now. they are now "threatening" us, but luckily we know the CPA law, and they have no grounds to stand on.

please do not make use of these companies!!! rather work with well-known companies like Ricoh or Canon.
