After having purchased 2 x printer cartridges from this company by a very pushy 'consultant', I found that they were not compatible with my printer and returned them to the company. I was threatened by their legal department and decided to avoid further threats of 'arresting me' to pay the invoice. Today, 2 years later, the legal department phoned me with the same threats. I asked her to email me so I could have it in writing, which she did. She has now issued me with a further invoice for cartridges which I certainly did not order or receive. I have told her in no uncertain terms to back off and immediately cease from her threatening tactics or I would report the company and seek legal advice. I await her next communication - hopefully NOT!
