I went to take out my son's laybye at earth child Maponya mall just before Christmas, I got to Nhlanhla 's till and I saw a sign that said speed point not working. I asked if I can go and withdraw, she said yes, I went to the bank followed long que, then when I went back to earth child the other speed point where working just fine, what was so hard for her to transfer me to another till point, rather than making me a stupid and wasting my time at the bank ATM. I'm still mad till this day
