I booked a repair on 28th January for a fan replacement on my laptop
Since then I have been told the item is out of stock
Then it was in stock but needed to be sent to technician
On monday I phoned, and was told it was sent out and that the technician would call me monday or tuesday
Today is wednesday with no repsonse yet. Upon calling, I was told the technician would call me when he has time
this from a company that claims service is of the utmost importance, and that I am on the platinum group - whatever that means. Yet all I get is empty promises
Very dissatisfied
