I have been patient up to this far. No resolution, no call or communication from Matrix. is an understatement to what they are doing. They have my money and I do not have the product. I am done with being patient, as I would think that 2 months would be more than enough time to sort out a simple problem. I will be logging a CPA complaint as I feel that my rights as a consumer has been violated. And to think from a store that I have supported for years. So much for loyalty.
