I went to Matrix to buy a Video camera, they told me that they dont have one product display for comstomers to see or view. I ended up buying a Vedio camera which when i opened it at home with excitement i realised its not what i want and its an inferior product i immediatly took it back 30 minutes later i was told that i wont get refunded because i have opened the camera box and i told them that the product its not matching my needs, i was told to buy something else that matches the value of the camera since they cant refund me my money which is very bad now its 2 months which is very long. I was told to leave the camera at the store and come get anything that macthes my money. Which i think its very unfair if you selling anything i suppose you have have simillar product on display for customers to view and satisfy their wants. The camera was R699.I still need my refund as i never used the camera and time when i took back .its very shocking to have such stores operating with such customer service.
