I bought an Accer Aspire last year 26/02/2012.On 17/04/2012 I gave it in at Incredible Connection. A week later I got it back. I drove all the way to Centurion from Secunda to pick it up. 2 weeks later I got the same problem. I again drove to Centurion to give it in for repairs. After a long argument with Accer they decide to give me a new Computer.12/06/2012 I received a new Aspire from Incredible Connection. Now Monday 24/06/2013 I discover the same problem with the Aspire. Now when I phone Accer they tell me it IS OUT OF WARRANTY and they can vome and pick it up and give me a quotation to be repaired. My problem is that all 3 times the screen just went dead and the green light shows it is on. To me to get 3 times in a year the same problem with the same produck, there must be something wrong and they must repair it with out anny cost to the customer. The ref NO. at Accer is 7400101.One and a half week out of warrenty is no excuse not to repair it because I experieenced the same problem 3 times. Can you please help me with this issue. The computer is brand new. I use it for about 2 hours in a week.
