Bad Attitude Terrible Service

My name is Andre I am a the Manager of a computer company in Fish Hoek. We specialize in sales and repairs. One of our client brought in a Dell Optiplex Computer that would not boot. The boxes clip that opens the casing seemed to have jammed and I was unable to gain access to the box to fix the computer. I called the number for technical support on the dell website to see if someone could assist me in opening the box. I was not able to confirm the clients details because I did not purchase the product. I was told that they cant help me because I cant confirm the details, and that they will charge me because the box is out of warrenty. I told the person on the other line that it was rediculas that they cannot assist me with there product. he then told me I must watch my language (he considers rediculas a Sware Word). I find It shocking that you cannot help your clients open a computer box. We recommend buying dell computer to all our clients because of your on site warranty, but take a guess how many client we are going to recommend to you now.
