Bad Service - Technical and Accounts

We booked in a client's HP printer for repairs at the Durban branch in May 2013. Never got any feedback and had to consistently chase them for an update. Each time they submitted a quote, we approved and paid but they couldn't get the printer fixed and we would find that out only after repeated enquiries about the printer. Eventually in August they said they couldn't fix it. After we asked for our money back, then suddenly they wanted to try and fix it again. We were not interested in dealing with this company further and collected the broken printer and completed documents for a refund in October 2013. Apparently their turnaround time is 14 to 21 days for a refund. Well, now its January 2014 and I still haven't received the agreed refund of R974-70.
Their service is absolutely shocking! From branch-level right up to their customer call centre and their accounts department. Throughout this whole ordeal which has been going on for about 9 months, the only person that took pride in her work was Charolaye Hector, but its not in her power to finally close this matter.
Please, never ever send your repairs to this Company. They will only cause you tremendous frustration!
