In the past year i had registered my self with Mustek. I started purchases from them over a few months. I then discovered that there service had dropped from Hero to zero over the time i was buying, I then changed over from Mustek to Pinnical Micro. Business have been far better in terms of service and pricing. I then decided that i would give Mustek a chance again starting from 2014. today i called in and i was on hold for 40 minutes. I then dropped the call and decided to called again at this time i am upset. I then have a word with the reception lady and she decided to drop the call on me. Reason being is that i was rude to her. The only thing i asked her why cant you guys assist. Her answer was that, she does not know. This has not been the first time and know that i will never do business again with this fools.
