The screen on a Dell laptop (business user) I purchased a year ago died on Monday. Since the product still has a "next day in office" support I submitted the issue on-line and received the reference number 888193386.
On day 2 I still had no response from Dell at which point I called the support line.
By Dell tag was checked and I gave my mobile number and reference. After being transferred I waited 15 minutes (mobile call) and there was no response from the technical support staff. Since they had my details and my meeting had arrived I hung-up the call.
I have still not received any call back, email or communication of any sort.
I'm a big fan of Dell but this service is so poor especially following all the professional on-line services provided.
Surely you can do better especially considering the product has...
