On Saturday 22 November 2013 I bought a play station 3 Game. Tested the Game at home and it froze. returned it to the store the following Saturday. I was then advised at the store that there is no warranty on games. No where on the slip does it state anything on warranties or return policies. When I questioned this I was directed to a board in a far off corner. T's & C's is written in small print, not really noticeable to customers.. The response from the sales consultant was that T & C's was supposed to have been explained to me by the sales person, which was not done in this case. I argued on the fact that correct procedures were not followed at the point of sale and I cannot be held responsible for poor service on their side. procurement and i was then told that I should have called them the day that I picked up that the game is defective. How am I supposed to know that I was suppose to do that. In the Interim i had to fork out more cash to buy a replacement game for my sons birthday. i have had no feedback up to date from Anyone.
