Placed an order on their website for Cordless drill batteries with part numbers supplied. - No response
Tried contacting them again and again and at last got some response - " Please take pictures of the batteries and email back to us ", OK, I guess part numbers don't work anymore so I sent them the pictures the following day. I never heard from them again, so I bought new drills.
Thinking that it was a busy time of year for them, I tried again 3 months later. Same as before, lights are on but no one is home.
Got a response eventually " Take pictures and sent it back to us" so I did, again. A week later I received a quote and I made a prompt payment, proof sent to them via email and phoned to confirm payment.
I never heard from them again.
Contacted them again after a couple of months and got a response - " please give me 5 minutes to sort this out, I will find your batteries and get it ready for collection" - I never heard from them again
