About a year ago my PA phoned Willard NUMEROUS times to get a quotation on industrial batteries. They promised to get back to her but till today no-one has. Then on 15 November I decided to try my luck again. I emailed the email address which they have on their website for their head office which is [Email Removed]
As expected a week later she did not even bother to respond to me. My question and concern therefore is... if a company cannot even respond to potential new customers then how on earth can they be trusted to provide any after sale service at all. This is the first time in my life that a company does not even respond when I want to purchase something from them! Unbelievable!
