I went to pick n pay at the bridge in wanders street Johannesburg CBD on Wednesday 06/02/2013 i bought batteries. When i got home the batteries did not work at all. So I took them back this morning at 11.30 am i spoke to the supervisor, i told her the batteries don't work can she please give help. She say the batteries are no refundable and there's nothing she can do about it. She the called her manager as i was now waiting in the queue to pay for some staff I bought .he the shouts and humiliates me in front of his staff and another customers saying that all rights are reserved in his store and that i bought the batteries at my own risk .he was very rude. When i asked why they don't put a sign that say the batteries are not refundable. He told me not to ever come in to the store again and barred and he staff says am rude so he'll show me who the boss. I was terrified and afraid of he treated me. I just cant stop crying and thinking that how could i be treated so bad just for buying batteries that don't work .am really hurt kindly please help me.
