On Wednesday afternoon I called Lexmark support to enquire about a quote to repair my Lexmark printer. I was assisted by James who from the start of the call was friendly helpful and efficient with his assistance. There was a problem with the printer head, James arranged to send a replacement head which I received on Friday morning. This after sending a copy of the Test Page only on Thursday morning. I will only use Lexmark products in future and will always recommend them as I have always found their after sales support to be above normal expectations. Their support team is always friendly professional and go out of their way to help. In this day when service levels are generally very poor it is very refreshing when a company exceeds service level expectations
