I must say well done and thank you to the team who works in the bt games shop in Gateway, the service is excellent, their attitude is great and always welcoming, there are 3 other branches closer to where I stay, but because these guys are so good, efficient and extremely helpful I am glad to drive all the way there, knowing I will leave the shop with a smile on my face.
