A customer did have work done on faulty rims! he was rude and swore at staff and myself!
we are human with feelings and we refused to attend to him due to us explaining before work commenced that the rims were out of round! he swore and shouted at staff and management. we kept quite at first but he kept on for half an hour! we ask him to leave, he began shouting!
he then showed us a slip from an oppsition company and all made sense. he claimed that he did the work elsewhere and demanded a refund although we offered to re check the faulty rims.
when u do work at a certain place then u need to go back for aftersales service! do not go to an opposition company! that company has had tons of comebacks and their customers are happy and comfortable at our fitment centre.that particular company has since closed down! no wonder!
we asked the customer to go to the company where he purchased these faulty out of round replica rims and complain about vibration! everyday replica bbs and borbets and all replicas are found out of round at our store.there is no aftersales service on replicas! kevin from yokohama sa, and all reps from different companies will back us on these findings!
