After a HDD under warranty had failed, Rectron exchanged it, but with a 2nd hand HDD that is ALSO faulty! Its a 40 minute drive to their premises and i feel that it shouldn't be my place to have to drive all the way back there for their mistake. But instead of them delivering a new one to me the same day, im being told that it will only be delivered after the weekend! Im sorry but this is absolutely unacceptable, bad attitude, and frankly i will NEVER purchase from Rectron again if this is their attitude and after sales service!
