Firstly, I find the shoddy manner in which your company does business annoying and immensely frustrating.
Can someone of position in your establishment please respond to the following:
1. Why does NOBODY in your establishment have the decency and courtesy to get back to the customer to update us on the progress of your support service???
2. Why do staff operating in your establishment advise procedures telephonically that simply DO NOT HAPPEN???
3. Who was the IGNORANT, NON-CONCIENSOUS employee who investigated the purchase of the damaged unit in question through BidorBuy??? As this person has painfully obviously NOT done his/her task diligently!!! I am a VERIFIED Seller on BidorBuy and ONLY SELL NEW ITEMS!!! Not only that, the Seller from whom I bought the notebook ADVERTISED A NEW ITEM. Therefore, NOT only did your ignorant employee insult me as Seller on Bidorbuy, but has also implied that the Seller from whom I purchased the notebook falsely advertised a product on Bidorbuy.
In 2 weeks we have ONLY had 24h promises from HP and NOW ontop they "insult" us and a trading partner as being secondhand
