You changed supplier - so goes to wrong one?

I don't know why/how my complaint regarding spam went to Samsung SA. It was directed to (and entered as) samsungshop (dot coza)! Your site does not allow me to respond to the innocent party (Samsung SA) as yet, so kindly rectify.
