We have paid Qade over R15000.00 for custom made uniforms. They promised to deliver the products within 4-6 weeks, but they only delivered a small fraction of this. Thereafter making excuses and lying to us regarding goods being "in progress" and "almost ready". (this was now 10 weeks later). We wasted time, money and effort trying to get what we paid for, with no success.
We still had no promise of delivery after we had threatened to take matters further legally, and have heard nothing of them since.
We have also lost a good customer due to this.
We are unable to get the goods out of them, and all of their contact numbers (landlines and cellphones) no longer exist or are unavailable
Beware of this Cut Make and Trim company (they also sell off-the-shelf workwear). FROM MY EXPERIENCE, THEY MAY COST YOU MONEY AND STRAIGHT TO YOUR FACE. I hope to save someone else the stress and cost.
