Rims not resprayed and Valves

I sent my 17 inch rims (VS worx) to i-mag at the end of last year.
I payed R3500 to have the wheels de-buckled and resprayed.

My father had dropped the rims and picked them up since it was close to his place of work.
After receiving the rims i noticed that only one of the wheels had been sprayed but all had been straightened.

Unfortunately for me only 3 months later did I noticed that my solid valves which cost R800 each were taken off and replaced with cheap rubber ones. This cant be off since the air would have escaped from my wheel.
