I took my laptop to be repaired. I was pleased to receive a response very quickly with a quote. Even a follow-up phone-call to check whether or not I was going to accept the quote. I responded that I accept the quote. I filled in the forms and emailed them to the address provided. BOOM! Address bounced!!! I phoned the number provided and was put through to someone in India by the sounds of it, who said that I need to contact Ensure IT Services, with whom I dropped the laptop. I was given 2 phone numbers for them by HP - neither of which work!!! I don't know why I am surprised... I am an IT technician who sells hardware all the time and I have not bought an HP an product in about 5 years because of their shocking service in SA. I've paid almost R3000 already and I cannot even get a direct phone number for these people!! unbelievable!!!
