No reply to emails sent to website email address

I have been trying to buy a replacement battery for my Sahara Netbook and was told by Incredible Connection to find a supplier that carries their stock. I tried all the addresses on the Sahara website, but have not received a reply to my enquiries at all.

Someone ought to be processing their mail!
