Zero Responces in this day and age unheard off

Tried to contact the Asbis (Africa) for days without fail throught thier Website and email with Zero Responces

I purchased a Kingston 60GB SSDNow MS200 6Gbps mSATA SSD
CODE: HD-KM60MS200 from Titan Ice in PTA online and when received the SSD. And installed it into my Drobo it was found to be incompatible. Contacted the Company a was told sorry for you can not be swopped. I am contacting ABIS as you are the agent is South Africa for Kingston in order to help me swop-out the chip for a compatible Kingston ssd (Kingston SSDNow mS100 64GB mSATA Internal Solid State Drive SMS100S2/64G). I am stuck as im running 20 Terabyte NAS system with Seagate Drives and now stuck due to a agent that does not what to help in any way and it is beyond me. I stick to Kingston and for years doing so and other brands in your company and now Zero respond. Even a simple we can not help you would have been in order.
