On site warrant report but no success

My pc Acer Aspire E1-531 had a charging circuit problem i foned 0118854000 to inform them abt my problem then i gt a Ref 079032 and that a Tec will cum fetch it so that it cld be fixed when i foned it was 8/11/13 bt till today nowone has gt back to me and i use this laptop for my studies
