Tarsus happily took my cash payment in August for a modem.
I returned the modem due to it not working, in the same week.
I have been begging for my refund since then, and keep hitting brick walls - this is unacceptable and constitutes.
They promised me payment next week, and now, on the last day of the month, I get told a cheque will
be sent from JHB to DBN.
When will this reflect in my account then? More than 2 weeks still, if ever.
