One of your technicians messed up my laptop completely which will now cost me a fortune to repair. All that was needed was two USB port repairs. The guy obviously had no idea what he was doing. I am taking action against this company and will make sure I reach as many people as possible to warn them against this company. Social media makes this a lot easier these days. I need someone in senior management to call me ASAP to discuss how they will be compensating me for their negligence and incompetence. If not, I will proceed to take legal action with the small claims court, contact the ombudsman and a host of very influential people to ensure this gets dealt with in the proper manner.
