Giving companies the wrong publicity

Hello peter claims to help get companies do right by customers but that is not the case coz one if really they are for consumers then why have the clause that says one complain/compliment in a period of 5 days what happens in between? customers are just suppose to wait and take the disgusting treatment from companies who are soo very aware of the 5days clause?

1hellopeter has virgin mobile as one of the companies that response well that bull utter nonsense and just a mere pr strategy.2 hellopeter always send a message that they will send a survey within 54hrs for rating the company unless their 54hrs is different to the one know by anybody else coz two weeks ago I got that 54hr thing but till today I am still waiting for their 54hr. a simple example is about a complain I made on Monday even on that one I am still waiting for the acclaimed 54hrs.
virgin mobile the company that response? I am sorry to revert to this kind of language but that is bull and utter rubbish. on Monday the that called me send a respond to hellopeter claiming both my lines are working fine I guess by that that she must have been referring to the lines in her head which I personally doubt they work
