Deleting my complaint without right

My wife is currently in Australia and I DO HAVE POWER OF ATTORNEY to manage her matters in South Africa, yet you decided to delete my very valid complaint against Nedbank without giving me an opportunity to respond first

How devious of Nedbank and how unfair of you.

But don't worry, my wife is reposting the complaint against them as I am typing this.
