So i have some concerns about the bad service I received from pinnacle. First thing is the bad quality of proline procducts.
About 2 years ago we bough a ups and 6 months later the battery blew up. Then they fixed it and 2 months later it blew up again. Now about 8 months ago we bought another ups and then again the mainbord went faulty. So I requested them to rather have me credited as I have no faith in Proline products anymore.
The second issue i have is pinnacle to up to date on some stuff. AMD released their new line of Grpahics cards. I was looking into getting the ASUS or MSI R9-280x but pinnacle can't even give me ETA. They don't even know what I'm talking about and I feel it's unacceptable they should have at least 5 in stock or give me some sort of ETA.
Hope you can get this sorted as I've been strugling this whole week with the UPS.
