11 DAYS LATER AND I AM STILL WAITING

I purchased a new Lenova laptop just over a month ago from Pinnacle Micro.
After 3 weeks my lovely new Lenova screen turned white and since the 28th of July I have been waiting for my Lenova laptop to be returned/replaced or repaired. REF NO 132215. I called Pinnacle Micro on the 1st of August and spoke to ENRICO explaining to him that I ran 2 businesses off of that laptop from home and that this was extremely urgent and I was losing money because I could not afford the losses I was incurring and that they needed to either replace the laptop immediately or repair it within 24 hrs. ENRICO said that he would investigate and call me back that same afternoon. Well I am still waiting and waiting and waiting and still he has not called me.
I will never EVER buy a laptop or anything else from Pinnacle Micro again nor will I buy a Lenova laptop. I have incurred huge losses being stuck without any communication for the last 11 days and they don't give two hoots. Great stuff Guys. Your service is shocking.
