About 3 weeks ago my internet suddenly went down i eventually managed to get it up just long enough to send a ticket, i waited 3 day's heard nothing then i sent another and another, eventually they told me that they were upgrading or working on the highsites to improve everything and that it should be fine and that i must send them a screen shot of my speed test i did as asked up until now i have heard nothing from them and while i am paying for a 4mb/s line i'm getting speed's of a 1mb/s line and my latency is so bad i can't even use skype i am so disappointed as i was getting great service just after i joined now it's gone to nothing at all.
