Damaged Cartridge and Bad Attitude

The person answering the phone was rude and unhelpful. They shouted saying that they are not willing to help. We refilled an ink cartridge which was faulty back in the printer - causing damage to the actual printer. Very unfriendly, unprofessional non existing service. Do NOT go there! I asked to speak to the manager - which said the person answering the phone was the owner - Named Tim. He was unwilling to give the guys surname and apologized profusely and said he gets like that! Unacceptable!!
