Advanced Telcoms recommended a VOIP solution to my client and after around 3 months they are still waiting for the service to be provided. They failed to consult the client's service provider, despite having promised my client that they would. They have consistently failed to provide information that has been requested of them. They have consistently failed to appear at appointments and when the client requested a refund for poor customer service they steadfastly refused. In short they are unreliable. Do not do business with them.
