Ought stuff from them a few times that were faulty and its me off big time. time wasted and petrol wasted by taking it back each time only to be told i get a voucher instead of a money refund. i decided to boycott them and did so for a year only to go back for more today. i bought a nexstar hdd dock, plugged it in, and what do i get? as usual, not working. now my blood is boiling. do they even test they import themselves before putting it on the shelves? dont think so. i now went to another smaller shop in town and got a dock for 120 rand less and it works. just cant trust matrix stuff no more. wish someone at matrix management can read this, cause its not only me, lots i know thats unhappy to, i mean, sure if i brake something after 3 months or so i can understand, but when you buy something and its dead already before it leaves the shop? makes me think of how much of the stock they currently have is fong- kong rejects...
