Landmark Computers accepts online order and payment, notifies more than 1 full bussiness day later that they are out of stock and they have no solution to the problem. When I request that they send me the same product, but of a different colour for the same price, they state that this would not be possible. When I request that they send the money back to me, they agree that this would be best, but it takes two days before I receive their proof of payment via sms. And the transfer was from another bank than the one I made the payment to, so there is a further delay in receiving my money back. I am truly dissappointed in your customer service and would rather make use of another supplier in the future.
