I have bought a laptop computer 5 months ago with all new widows Microsoft software and it has working very well but on 23 August 2013 a Windows Microsoft IT Technician has phoned me and told me that he saw on the servicer that my computer is about to crash and that he can fix the problem witch he has done and I was very happy but after he finished working on the computer he told me that I can take out a warranty that will help encase this happened again they (Microsoft) will fix this problem non charge witch I do agree with him on a cost of R 249 for two years cover he give me the option for a 5years period or a lifetime period and I agree on a two year period for R249 and gave him my banking detail to put the amount through my account and while I was still talking to the technician a sms came through on my cell phone that he has put the amount of R5178.50 through my account I ask him immediately why he put the wrong amount through my account but I was still talking to him then the phone just when dead and I could not get hold of this person again there he has phoned me and I don't have his phone number. I went immediately to my bank and try to stop this payment from going through
